The Crossing is delivered virtually, in a cohort — not a self-paced course. The cohort advances together module by module; 1:1 catch-ups close individual gaps along the way. Pace is part of the method, not overhead: the program is built to give you room to actually notice your own thought process before reacting, rather than rushing to the next module for its own sake.
Baseline. The physics of the vessel changes, not the weather — where ballasted-and-steering stops being an idea and starts being a diagnostic.
The noticing-self. Where the trainable gap between trigger and action first becomes visible.
Capstone. Where baseline, completion, and retrospective measurements come together — steady inside the storm, not free of it.
The 7-Marker Self-Rating Instrument
Rated three times — baseline before any exercise, at completion, and again in retrospect at Eye of the Storm — specifically to correct for response-shift bias, the well-documented problem where your own reference point for "a 5" moves over the course of a program. Most coaching programs never correct for this. This one produces three numbers, not one: the naive before/after change, the bias-corrected change, and how much your own frame of reference moved along the way.
Community
A closed, graduation-gated space for people who've completed The Crossing — not open enrollment, seeded by referral from those already in it.
Not smoother seas, a sturdier you.
