This page is early on purpose. Ballast's first cohorts are still in progress, and client results will be published here — with permission — once they exist. We'd rather show you nothing than show you something we can't back with a real measurement.
What "results" will actually mean here
When results are published on this page, each one will come from the 7-Marker Self-Rating Instrument — rated at baseline, at completion, and again in retrospect at Eye of the Storm, specifically to correct for response-shift bias (the well-documented problem where your own sense of "a 5" quietly moves over the course of a program). That produces a bias-corrected number, not just a before/after story someone remembers fondly.
